Residential Habilitation and Support (RHS) services provide care in a home of several individuals living together in a supported living environment. The goal is to ensure that they have good health, have a safe living environment and are able to keep up, as well as learn new skills.
Our individuals are able to go out in the community and have an opportunity of to learn self-care, sensory/motor development, social skills and building meaningful relationships, and communication.
Our day program offers supports to individuals with mental and physical challenges. The program aims to help individuals cope with their mental challenges, improve functioning and life skills, provide meaningful activities and promote community participation.
Participant Assistance Care (PAC) under FSW allows individuals to continue living with their families but facilitate individuals’ involvement in the community and their work places as well as their independent living.
Working together with behavioral therapy providers, we make sure we are providing consistent care and support to the individuals that we serve.
